Do not share your account with others or allow anyone else to use your account.

Payments, Transactions & Financial Policies

All transactions on the vip99 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported local payment methods, including DuitNow, online bank transfers, and e-wallets listed during the deposit process. vip99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the bank account registered and verified under the same user's name. Identity verification (KYC) is required before a first withdrawal can be approved. Required documents may include a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad) and proof of bank account ownership.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the selected method and the receiving bank, but vip99 makes every effort to process withdrawals within the stipulated timeframe. Any delays caused by third parties beyond vip99's control shall not be attributed to the platform.

Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limitations

Vip99 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances: breach of these terms and conditions, suspected fraud or illegal activity, submission of false registration information, or a request from the relevant authorities.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the vip99 support team via email. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal, subject to verification requirements being met and no transactions remaining under investigation.

Regarding liability limitations, vip99 is not responsible for any indirect losses, loss of profits, or data damage arising from the use of or inability to use this platform. vip99's maximum liability under any circumstances is limited to the total amount deposited by the user in the thirty days preceding the claim.
